I have a sloped driveway, and Yarbo struggles with the slope when the temperature gets below about-6’c. Above this it’s 100% fine even when the snow gets relatively deep. I did notice that it only struggles when the plow is lowered on the slope up the hill, when it’s coming down it has no issue.

The blowing algorithm has changed a few times it seems to try to accommodate for when it slips, but it seems easy, just don’t lower the plow when it’s on the up slope and plow on the down slope only. Has anyone else experienced this?

Why is the Yarbo team opposed to this solution? Several times I’ve sat in my window and just plowed it manually with Yarbo this way. I even tried to map it once with a series of areas, but the mapping isn’t precise enough for this to work in a way that I can ‘force’ it to only plow when going down hill.

I have tried all the recommended modifications to the tracks which frankly damage the tracks, take a lot of manually adding and removing pieces and barely impact the ability to plow in low temps.

Here’s a pic of one of the most recent attempts, you can see it’s pretty deplorable.
