Android app crashes when trying to open a ticket. Has been acting like this already at least with latest 4-5 new firmware versions.

I have reported it 2 times through a ticket. No solution.

Have uninstalled the application and installed it again. Have logged out and in again. Have played around with setting it to different languages.

Nothing helps.

I do have latest Android version and running the latest Yarbo application version. Language is set on English.

It is annoying that you can’t open a ticket and also the application doesn’t show ticket history or your open tickets.

Hi there, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. A fix for this issue is included in the next hotfix.

In the meantime, you may need to use support.yarbo.com to access and manage your support tickets.
