Is anyone else having a hard time trying to get a ticket placed for troubleshooting? My yarbo has been down for over a month and I have not been able to speak to anyone for 2 weeks. I was a Kickstarter backer of this product but it has turned into a nightmare. Don’t sell your lawnmower folks!
If the app support center is not working you can goto support.yarbo.com and click on my area to submit a ticket. You can also just email support@yarbo.com
Also if it’s not hardware related perhaps there’s something the community might be able to help you with?
