any idea how to get the data center hooked up to a Wifi?

Now the cable from the data center runs through the sun room, the kitchen, down to the basement: the home was built decades before even computers were a thing.

You can figure what my wife thinks about the wire in the kitchen. And now where the cold season appears to be over that cable has to disappear.

Any idea how to use a Wifi extender or anything?

that’s really going to depend on your home network setup and equipment. If your ISP is providing your router, they can probably provide you a wireless extender. Just make sure you get one that has ethernet ports on it. You can also look on Amazon for wireless extenders or wireless to ethernet bridges. Mesh network nodes like Eero also work well and have multiple access points you can put around the home and they have spare ethernet ports on them.

I should caution that this is not officially supported by Yarbo, but it does typically work.

As Bryan said. Router is best (and supported), but if out of preserving your happy home you go with a WiFi Extender, simplify it as much as possible. I had to turn on only 2.4GHz and turn off the WiFi radio so nothing would connect to stabilize rover and the Data Center GPS coordination.
