I know im one of the user that waited and waited for the parts to arrived, my concern is why it took so long for the parts to arrived been a week now no said tracking they say will be sent separately, they said it will take a week from china warehouse to US after a tracking is sent, now just handle two snow storms and not fun! Yarbo send all customers extra belts and motor so we don’t need to wait when this things go wrong, it’s beautiful when it’s working but not fun when its not
