Hi, just a thought regarding blade replacement - if you add a hole to the cutting discs, as well as in the deck above, one could safely lock the disc while working underneath by just inserting a screwdriver or nail or whatever into the 2 holes. A template to add the holes for existing products would also help. Could be risky to blindly drill a hole in the deck from the underside without engineering guidance.

One of the PPP suggested this too, Bill Dutcher a while back. It’s a great idea. Alternatively, some type of disc clamp or three pronged tool that inserts into holes on the disc so that you could hold it in place while you torque on the screws.
