Board issue B009 to Battery issue B004

Anyone have a Power Board Issue B009 and then hard reboot to a Battery Issue B004? I have had the mower on running fine for about a month (no hot swapping) and out of the blue, the mower is no longer recognized and ceases to function. Cables are firm- can’t see any reason why it throws this error. One weird thing that happened recently that may be unrelatedyy is that it stopped in the middle of my flat yard and wouldn’t go, saying it had been lifted (it hadn’t). I took that to be a glitch but who knows. I contacted support but was hoping someone else has had this experience and knows what needs to happen next!

Wondering if you are having a wire harness issue or something else going on with your mower module. Have you tried installing the SAM or another module and see if the core and module functions properly?

I have not tried other modules, though that’s a good idea. I’ll give that a try soon!

Please also add the results after changing the modules to your support ticket, so our team can better understand the issue and assist you more efficiently.

I have now had a chance to change modules and hard reboot. The same error appears as with the lawn mower module.

Try unplugging the battery for 5 mins and then reconnect it and then hold the power button for 60 seconds. If it persists, support is going to have to diagnose if it’s the battery or the core.

Yes, thanks- already tried. That and multiple other iterations of unplugging and/or holding power button. No change, sadly.

I hope they figure it out and get it resolved for you soon.

Me too! Had to use the reel mower today! Thanks and maybe someone else will chime in with a similar problem.

I received the message, “We would like to inform you that we have remotely fixed the issue on your unit. Please continue using your Yarbo as normal and monitor its behavior.”

True, the mower recognized the lawn mower module… but still shows the errors which I couldn’t clear. However, after a few minutes, the cameras stopped working. I restarted the unit and… back to where we were, the yarbo core no longer recognizes the modules and shows errors. The only difference from the previous situation is that I can remote control it now, even though cameras and modules aren’t recognized.

Sorry to hear it. Very frustrating indeed.

They’ll get you straightened out. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Sorry to hear the remote fix didn’t fully resolve the issue. We’ve received your update and our team will follow up with you soon regarding the next steps.

Yarbo still has not provided a fix for what has become a very expensive yard decoration. I sure hope there is a plan to figure out the issue so I can re-tame the lawn!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I understand how frustrating it must be to have your Yarbo sitting idle when it’s supposed to be helping you maintain your lawn.

I’ve already asked our team to prioritize your case and follow up as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we’ll do our best to get this issue investigated and resolved quickly.

Does Yarbo have a loaner program while you sort this out? I’m currently having to borrow a mower from the neighbor- not a positive public image for Yarbo with my high traffic yard.

We’re sorry that we do not currently have a loaner program available. We understand how frustrating this situation is, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is actively working on your case and will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
