What should be the battery temperature while on the DS? 1° C seems a little low-no?
I believe that is around the temperature that it will kick on the heater. I think it’s fine. It’s not always charging, it does do discharge cycles too.

Follow up here @Yarbo-Forum - after a day or two outside on the DS in freezing temperatures while engaged in active battery management what should the temp of the battery be?
How does the Battery Management System engage a cold battery. What should I be looking for? What are the norms?
Is it constant heat to maintain a particular temperature? Does it kick on @ 0° then heat to 5° then turn off? What is the cold weather protocol? I guess I was surprised it was so close to 0°.
