Charging issue

Hi all,

Just a new issue that came up.

Yarbo goes on the charger and starts charging but stops at 86%. When it stops charging it says that I have to move Yarbo on the charger to be able to charge. The charge indicator in the app turns orange and I cannot start charging. I did already a restart but that does not help. It started charging again but stops at 86%.

I will unplug the battery and leave it for a few hours and see if that solves the problem.

Anyone an idea?

Possibly a calibration issue but normally it doesn’t stop charging for that. Leave it unplugged for 4 hours. Also try the wired charger to see if it will charge to 100% if unplugging doesn’t work. Depending on which wired charger amp hour you have, this might take a while.
