Charging Malfunction

is anyone else experiencing this issue and able to advise? Support ticket remains pending. Time-stamped Screenshots of toggling from “Charging”, “not charging” along with video/audio of the 3 quick beeps.

Unit returns to charging station, initiates recharging after “Ready to Charge, Start Charging” announcement. Charging dock turns from solid blue to flashing green followed by (3) short beeps, charger stalls on solid red along with Core’s rear red lights. I’ve power cycled both the Core & charging pad w/o success.

Hopefully it’s just a software glitch they can remote in and fix. If not, it’s possibly going to be a charging coil in either the dock or core.
