Is the trimmer removed at this point?
It looks like it. It will say trimmer after the module followed by the state of it (enabled or disabled by saying off or on)
Back to the good ole intermittent bumper sensor.
Yep, already yesterday
I’d update your ticket so they can get you started on shipping out a new bumper. In the interim, you can unplug the bumper and use moderate bypass to mow.
Thanks @bryan.wheeler ticket is updated, also waiting support comments.
Have you tried disconnecting the bumper? Just to see if the error will clear.
Not yet, but this error coming and go. Like now, it cleared again it self.
Sounds like a short in the infiniating wire between the megavolt exstraperlator and the collacus coil.

Well there’s your problem! You forgot the flux capacitor.
A little napalm and some spackling usually helps. ![]()

Support conclusion
“the issue appears to be related to the bumper on the lawn mower. To resolve this, we will need to proceed with a replacement of the lawn mower bumper.”
Good. Glad they have diagnosed your issue and will be sending you a replacement shortly.
@Yarbo-Forum, I need your help — ticket ##194629##.
Replacing the bumper solved the original issue, but only a day later a new and very strange problem started.
As you can see in the video(x2), when the mower is attached, errors keep appearing and disappearing.
The SAM + Trimmer combination works flawlessly, so the issue seems to occur only with the mower module.
This, plus other video and info updated to ticket.
I would check for pinched wires in the mower module.
Yes, this was on my list of suspicions as well, but the connectors still look like new, and moving the mower’s position or cable around didn’t produce any direct reaction either.
Maybe try disconnecting the new bumper?
Removing the bumper is an interesting idea, at least it made the collision error disappear.
It’s also worth noting that this particular mower has never actually worked with this Core, since the Core was replaced last winter.
Don’t have to remove it, just disconnect the wire. That’s the troubleshooting step for the constant collisions. You can actually still use the mower this way, just can’t use gentle contact.
