Connected Snowblower Now Battery Dead

Well in preparation for winter storm Fern I thought I was being proactive and switched out my Yarbo modules to the snowblower on Friday and moved my charging pad inside my garage just at the edge of the garage door since I don’t think it makes sense to leave a $5000 item just sitting in the snow???

Well now its Sunday morning and the storm has hit, I didn’t have the charging pad plugged in because the Yarbo was at 100% on Friday but apparently the snowblower module sucked it dry because this morning I have the dreaded OFFLINE message when I open the app and the greyed out battery percentage says 0%.

Now I can’t get the Yarbo to charge while sitting on the charging pad eventhough the blue light is on on the charging pad.

So what do I do now? and nope I don’t have the extra charging wire that you say is on your website to charge the battery outside of the core, that should have been included because no one knows they need it until they need it and by the time I get it the snow would have already melted.

Suggestions needed ASAP!!! Thanks

I saw your video that you got it figured out to connect the wired charger. The wireless charging only activates when the Yarbo is powered and booted.

Just watched your video. Looks like you were able to get it going again. Good job.

For future reference, always best to leave Yarbo charging. Not only will that keep the battery topped up, but Yarbo will also heat the battery to protect it from getting too cold.
