Core replaced with used unit

I luckily was near my yarbo as it decided to start smoking and burn up while sitting on the charger. I was able to unplug it in time before anything really bad happened. Yarbo sent me out a “refurbished” unit but that was clearly someone else’s problem unit since it came bent, dirty and in worse shape than mine. Went through the trouble of switching antennas and tracks only to power it on and instantly get a Power Board Failure. Yarbo support has been helpful in the past but sitting in my 3rd week as it snows almost every day kind of sucks. Wondering if yarbo can look at my ticket and help expedite?

Thank you Bryan. When this thing works, it’s amazing at mowing for me, I love it.

I could never get the snow blowing to finished a job clean. Was not impressed with that part but I have seen the videos of yarbo clearing12 plus inches, so maybe I was doing something wrong.

Either way, hope they get back to me soon and send me a New core.
