Core unit bricked

My core unit has bricked itself. Network connection failure.

It has been reported to support and upgraded to a technician. I have not heard back. How long do responses usually take?

By the count of lot of experience the replies from Yarbo will arrive in 2 business days. This is most of the cases I have experienced and they are my by far my biggest pen-friends starting from this spring.

I still have not received contact from tech support

It’s coming on a week without response.

It is unbricked. It was a hiccup in a firmware update.
All is well and it is mowing the lawn right now.

Other than this instance I have had no other issues with my unit. Coming on a year of use.
