Customer support response times

@Yarbo-Forum

How long, in days, is now the customer support response time?

I have a open ticket nr. 201073

I have still issues with cameras and after new hotfix update I have first time the “adjusting the blades” issue. Done all the troubleshooting according to yarbowiki without any success of removing the errors.

When I reported my problems, I attached screenshots as evidence and made a detailed report what is my problem. First reply I got was 3 days later. In a usual style that “please provide evidence”.

What’s the point of replying to customer if you haven’t even read the problem what customers are reporting or opened any of the attachments the customers have added to the report? This type of customer service response is disrespectful for my personal time what is waisted in this case, me writing again that please read my original report and open the attachments I have provided as evidence.

So, I replied the support more then a week ago. Silence. Then yesterday sent another email to them asking what’s the holdup and further explained (with extra attachment) what’s the problem.

Would like to get the darn thing working without me troubleshooting it all the time.

I’m a customer of 5 or 6 replacement cores and on my 3’rd M1 mower unit! So I have had some ups and downs over the years.

I’m kind of happy that I did get this product cheaply back in the day with the Kickstarter program. Also upgraded to 2024 model, plus bought the extended warranty. To be frank Im amazed that this company is still here and honoring the warranty. This is the great part. Also I’m super happy when this thing is working without giving me all sorts of error messages.

If anyone else has the problem that support is ignoring you then there is a simple solution. Just post here a bit critical or sarcastic message and the support will send you long waited reply on less then a hour.

So @Yarbo-Forum , is support response times now starting from today less then 60 minutes or it is just by blind chance that I got that lost response message so quickly?

Btw. My troubles will be fixed with another new M1 unit. So I will be on my 4th mower soon.

I’m still amazed that Yarbo business plan works in the way it does and they haven’t gone under the water already…

>So I will be on my 4th mower soon

I’m on my 4th snowblower, and 3rd core! Hope you at least live somewhere with decent delivery, my FedEx guy complains about having to pick up the cores at this point which I don’t blame him for at this point, doing it in 3" of snow because we couldn’t clear the driveway was lots of fun.

I’m seeing more and more issues with my mower, but I’m really worried that the only fix is swap the whole thing out and go through that annoying process.

Good luck, this is a serious issue with Yarbo IMO, not to mention they take weeks to ship at that…
