How does anybody actually get any help?

This is a wild story of me just trying to give this company a shot time after time. I ordered my first Yarbo – the entire set - in Feb. That never worked. Support ticket after support ticket. At one point the mower razors flew off and my dog cut his foot on it and needed surgery. I switched to the straight blades, and on some unknown item in my perfectly flat yard the blade shed off and cut through the core. That occurred in May. They straight up ignored those tickets, eventually sent me a plastic part — which how do I use? The core has exposed wires and the pro mower has nothing you can attach anything to left. Tried to get a response, tried to call, and in July I eventually had to file a chargeback on my credit card because I was just being ghosted. Had anyone even responded I never would have done that, but I’m not eating $10,000. At some point after the chargeback someone from customer service emailed me and said I was correct this wasn’t handled correctly. Then went silent again. I assume that the chargeback is the closure to that case. A shame, it’s not how I wanted my relationship with this company to go.

And here’s where I turned into an idiot. Because I decided that maybe this is just one bad experience, and I really wanted this product. So I order another core and another mower pro — with the service plan. I mean, I’m gonna get my money back on the previous one. I was just trying to get a replacement to begin, this is all gonna work out, right? I could not be more wrong.

New mower pro throws the adjusting blade error in the first 20 minutes of use (no joke), and cannot be used. The new core becomes a brick the next day. To Yarbo’s credit, they replaced the core. But now I am fighting to get anybody to look at the mower pro ticket because it has been a year since I’ve been able to mow my lawn - and it’s still throwing the blade adjusting error is just plain unusable.

How does anyone get help? Do I need to start posting my story on all the social media posts? Go to the publications that rate your products? File another chargeback? Any suggestions?

First, I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced throughout this process. Thank you for the patience you have shown while trying to work through these issues with us.

I have reviewed your support tickets and want to provide an update on the current status:

Regarding your original Core with the damaged cord issue, as mentioned in ticket #205821, we have already initiated the Core replacement process yesterday. You should receive the tracking information once it becomes available.

Regarding the new set you purchased (including the new Mower Pro and Core), I understand that the replacement Core has already been delivered, but you are still experiencing the “Keeps Adjusting Blade” issue with the Mower Pro (ticket #216804). I have contacted our support team and asked them to review this case as soon as possible and provide the next steps for resolution.

I’m truly sorry for the delayed response and the long time you have spent dealing with these issues. We appreciate your continued patience, and I will continue to follow up to help ensure both cases are handled properly.

Regarding the issue where the mower razor blades flew off, do you have a support ticket related to this case? Yarbo takes safety concerns very seriously, and we would like to investigate the root cause of this issue.

Regarding the frequent straight blade issue, could you please provide a picture of the right straight blade? We will further review and look into the situation.

thank you to the moderator for their to be a flurry of messages. Unfortunately, those messages have moved absolutely nothing forward, and uncovered a deeper pattern of disorganization that is very concerning.

Still nothing resolved. My favorite was I was supposed promised and shipped a new core, and two days later told me I needed more pictures to qualify. I sent over 50 pictures two months ago. There’s not another picture to be had….

and for all this, and all the “we’re going to mower pro replacement”. … there has been no movement.

At this point, I think I would just like to go back to my old robotic mower company. How do I get close to $30,000 worth of equipment returned? Lost any trust that I am ever gonna get something working. At no point since February have I had a working unit for more than two days. There are more than 60 tickets I just counted. It is only the one since May that have just been utterly ignored.

Hi there, I’ve checked your ticket #205821.

Based on our current diagnosis, our FSE has confirmed that the Core and the Mower Pro blade disc and blades need to be replaced, and we have already initiated the replacement process.

Regarding the Mower Pro module itself, based on the information we currently have, a full module replacement is not required at this stage. If there are any additional damages to the Mower Pro that you believe need to be addressed, please provide additional photos of the affected areas so our team can further evaluate.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this process has caused. We understand your concerns and will continue following up on your case to ensure the replacement process moves forward properly. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Have they? Because they just told me that they didn’t have enough pictures to confirm that the mower pro needs to be replaced.

At this point, I either need this mower pro to be replaced, or everything to be returned (about $30,000 worth), or we should move towards going to court. In which case I will also add on the damages that this has occurred.

I don’t want to be like this, and I don’t want to go to court. But you tell me one thing, then you guys email me something else. I have managed to get one replacement core out of two needed, one mower pro replaced out of two needed. Publicly you tell me I’m getting everything replaced, but then nothing occurs. I’m just running out of options on how to even be heard.
