Data center won't connect

I’m trying to set up and I keep getting the message “Network issue. Please check your router to make sure WiFi is working. You can also try switching to Cellular for a better connection.” My router is working fine and it won’t let me connect to my cell. I am unable to connect to Rover WiFi or DC WiFi. The antenna is on my roof and is green. When I try to connect to the antenna the message reads “Data center response timed out. Please ensure Bluetooth is functioning properly and keep your phone close to Data Center.” I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have removed and replaced the pairing of ChromaComfort-Sensonic Speaker. Before the antenna was installed I was able to use the joystick part of the app. I can no longer use it as it says “Not online”. I am more than frustrated. How do I fix this problem?

Have you powered off the DC and unplugged the rover battery cable for 5 mins? Plug in the DC and then the rover. If you still can’t connect to the rover, make sure you are in bluetooth range of it and see if you can connect to it. Not that DC WiFi is not a supported feature on the Y Series DC 1.0. It is DC2.0 future feature. Also, to connect to your DC you may need to get extremely close to it. Like almost touching the bluetooth antenna for some DC’s.

Give the cold boots a try and if it doesn’t work, please connect in bluetooth range of your rover and post your diagnostics screenshots. RTK, status, Data Center, and HaLow sections.
