Was chugging along clearing a little bit more manually, ~15% battery about 30 seconds from hitting return to doc and it died and said offline from the app. Tried to turn it back on and it flashes red once and doesn’t boot. Threw it on the manual charger quick…
Let it charge for a bit and hold power button for 60 seconds if it won’t boot. I’d get a ticket open too.
Will the corded charger supply enough to heat the battery and charge?
It doesn’t charge while heating, so yes.
Bummer. Sorry to see your Yarbo unexpectedly died. Hopefully it’s an isolated incident and you’ll be back up and running soon.
That said, I’d really like to know what’s really going on with the batteries and their BMS.

Interesting - Our Yarbo power usage in December was similar. I’m showing 54.65 kWh in December. 4.9 kWh in January so far.
Dozed off on the couch, but now it’s OK back on the dock charging, had to hold the power button down for a while until it was cycling through the different colors slowly. Made it to ~50% on the wired charger.
