No corrosion or bent pins in the core module cable?
You mean in the J9 cable? No i checked with multimeter. The Hardware seems working.
Has to be software. Maybe the same thing @Steve is chasing.
I’d like to give a small update on my issue. After support sent me a new emergency‑stop button and that didn’t improve anything, a small detail caught my eye. One of the plug connections apparently wasn’t fully locked in place, and the connector housing was cracked. For better clarity, here are two pictures. One of the pins was bent completely to the side.
So I assume that a faulty assembly was the root cause of the problem, and that the contact was lost because the connector slowly slipped out. After I bent the pins back into place and was able to plug the connector in again, the problem disappeared.
I’ve now secured the connector in the socket with a cable tie, but it’s not exactly a professional solution. I also noticed that the frame under the hood is bent in one spot. Looks like I received a Monday‑morning model 
At least you figured it out. I’d update your ticket. Maybe they will send you that board or a new shell.
