Hi, I know there are similar topics, but I haven’t found a solution yet. For 3 days now, my Yarbo has been standing still and showing the safety stop error. My Yarbo started showing the error after it drove under a bush. I can’t find any visible damage. RTK is working. The emergency stop button was not triggered by a branch or anything like that. I also measured the switch and the J9 cable – no issues. Does anyone have another tip besides restarting or resetting the app?

Maybe try manipulating the cable between the mower and the Core. Power Yarbo down, disconnect the cable, and reseat it fully. Then power back on and see if the issue persists.
already did that, also tryed bootcycle without a module. And I did the 1 minute push power button thing and 2 times the 5 min battery disconnect thing. Is there a way to force reinstallation of the latest firmware?
It means the bumper. On any module with one. If you have this across different mower modules, I’d check the contacts on your module connector on the core itself. Maybe some corrosion or the pins are a little short?
I tryed with the snowblower, still state 3. Will try with the SAM later. But i also think its some Software issue. Ist there a way to see If tech team has had a look on the rover?
I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. We also apologize for the delay in responding. Our support team has recently been working through a backlog of tickets, which has unfortunately affected our response times.
Please rest assured that we have received your report and the video you submitted. Our support team will review the information and follow up with you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through this with you.
Ugh. Will check!
…although, bumper-hits are still registered and trigger avoidance. There’s gotta be a second (redundant?) mechanism / channel for that event. Cant’ change from 2 to 2, iykwim.
(edit)
Did check. Pins on the blue thingy are fine.
Traced to J7, reseated. No luck.
ES is 2 with either M1 attached, 2 with SAM, and 0 with nothing attached.
First guess is a broken wire along J7.
Other fun note - the core is a recent refurb. While I had it apart, I noticed a small pile of (what looks like) steel brush wires or steel wool strands stuck to the cone of the speaker, lol.
Add that to the list of things to look for before plugging in the battery.
Yeah I am still waiting for my blower mount for the rear. Would certainly have to come with a pigtail to make that work. Alas, the module gathers dust in the basement waiting to be rear mountable. I have no use for it otherwise.
