Enable/Disable NGZ's per work plan

It would be nice for NGZ’s to be enabled/disabled for specific work plans.

Use case: I split my driveway into two areas for snowblowing. There may be a car in area 1 when I snowblow area 2 and vice versa. It would be much easier if I could enable an NGZ as part of a work plan instead of having to toggle them on and off globally each time a plan is executed.

If running work plan X turn on NGZ A and turn off NGZ B.

Or maybe get vehicle avoidance working.

I still wouldn’t rely on it as a primary means. As an accidental safety precaution, absolutely.

No kidding. I had to disable it because it kept saying a car was in the pathway next to my house and kept returning to the charger. Needless to say the only thing there is my house.

In a perfect world….

Thanks for sharing this suggestion. I can understand how this would be useful in your situation. At the moment, we do not have plans to support enabling or disabling NGZs per work plan. However, if more users show interest in this feature, we will revisit the idea in future discussions.

Thanks again for the feedback.

What about a timed no-go zone disable? Like after 1 work plan or a set time the no-go zone will re-enable?

That would still require the same steps as just enabling/disabling them.

If Yarbo doesn’t see the benefit to making them plan specific, I think it’s a no brainer, then have a link in the plan that takes you to NGZ, NVZ, etc. lists. Why not have the map that comes up for the plan view have the same functions as the edit map view. Long press an NGZ, etc to enable/disable.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion — it’s an interesting one! We’ll keep it on record for potential inclusion in future improvements, though it’s not something we’re actively planning at the moment.

I like that. The car is parked in this no go zone from 6pm to 7am.
