Having trouble setting up using NetRTK (GPS 99.0 m)

Hi! Excited to get my Yarbo snow blower up and running. Just testing things out while awaiting the module. I was able to test things out by temporarily setting up the Data Center and things worked well with that , but I’d like to set up using only NetRTK and cellular or Wifi (or with the Data Center only transmitting HaLow from a covered space).

I tried unplugging the DC and forgetting the DC in the app, and redoing the setup but it can’t seem to get a location from the NetRTK server.

Also, when I go into create a new map and choose NetRTK, the app crashes, though with a few tries I can pick NetRTK from the Settings…Positioning Server menu (though occasionally this crashes the app as well.) I tried reinstalling the app, erasing the Yarbo, rebooting it as well but I get the same outcome where the GPS distance is always “99.0 m”.

Attached is my Diagnosis Tools info, where the Data Center GNGGA is empty which I think may be reflective of the issue. DC connection type is “4” suggesting that I have successfully set it to use NetRTK. Obviously, the rover has a clear view of the sky. (Relocate yard doesn’t let me do anything since I apparently haven’t moved 20 km.) Cellular appears to be working great, and no difference with or without WiFi.

Rover mode is false, so it didn’t properly initialize the NetRTK. I would try switching back to DC positioning and then back to NetRTK again. If you still get the app crashing, reach out to support and they can switch it for you.
