Hotfix Update: Firmware V3.13.11 & App V3.18.6

Glad to hear it!

Really sorry to hear this. You can email support@yarbo.com and it will automatically open a ticket or you can go to support.yarbo.com and open one there and check/update your other tickets.

Here is the thing. In one word; consistency. Just does not exist.

My mower has one motor stopping at a consistent 18% battery level, so there is that.

Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear about your experience.

I’ve checked your support ticket and noticed that the Quality value is showing 0.00. This may be related to a known issue that our team can sometimes resolve remotely.

That said, we still need to investigate further to determine the root cause and confirm whether it is the same issue in your case.

Our team will continue looking into it, and we’ll do our best to get more information and a resolution for you as soon as possible.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing these issues.

To help us better understand what happened and reduce the chances of similar cases occurring in the future, could you please submit a support ticket if you haven’t already done so? This will allow our team to collect the necessary logs and investigate the issue further.

Thank you for your feedback and patience.

Hi there,

We’re very sorry to hear about what happened and understand how frustrating this must be.

Since you’re unable to submit a ticket through the app, please feel free to send an email directly to support@yarbo.com. Our team will investigate the issue further.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Okay I’ve had mine for 8 days the quality is still at 0.00 I’ve restarted it has all the firmware and everything and I can’t make a ticket so it would sure be nice to know why the heck it won’t just connect. All of my values are where they are supposed to be according to the list that I read except for quality is 0.00. This is getting irritating as I have spent more time on this thing than if I would have just went and mowed my yard and forgot about it and I still have to do just that

Log into the website and create a ticket there.

Thank you, this is getting ridiculous though

We can usually nail down the issues. Unfortunately this Quality = 0.00 problem requires a remote support fix. They haven’t shared the cause yet.

I just installed the new firmware and the only problem I encountered was a false Wi-Fi connection with the data center… let me explain better… it seemed connected but in reality it wasn’t. I noticed it by looking at the “detect the location of the data center” setting and the Wi-Fi was red… I solved it by simply switching from one Wi-Fi frequency to another and it was restored. In conclusion, everything works.

Finally yesterday I had a prompt from the application that the core has new update available if I choose to install it. I did.

Today I found another new bug. I have 6 mowing areas. All the rest I can just start as I normally do but on one area I have to always press twice to start the route calculation thing. When I press the start button on first go the route calculation page comes up and goes away in about 2-3 seconds and I’m back on the page I started. So I need to choose the same area again and start it again. Then all works as it used to. Application shows the route calculation pop-up and after some 15 seconds mower is heading to do the work.

By curiosity I did the hard restart for the core. Nothing changed.

And no. I haven’t opened the ticket for this. I have reported support center problems on Android device to Yarbo for almost a year(!!!). Last application update was yesterday. I just checked. Support center part on my device still doesn’t work. If i can’t open the ticket using the application and as it’s not really affecting the mowing work I’m too lazy to use any other means

I have observed similar issues even with older apps and firmwares. As they are not regular, i choose not to bother the already overwhelmed support. As long as I’m able to launch the job, it’s OKish.
Let them fix the big issues.

Installed the new firmware, no problem. Installed the new app. Map Drift. Now it thinks everything is 6 feet North of where it actually is…

Did you switch to NetRTK or back from DC positioning at any point? Have you put Yarbo back on the dock and corrected for map drift?

After the last update, GPS problems started, standing in the yard in many places and waiting for a signal and Jayka’s work when he gets a signal. There were no problems before this

@yhteys Could you please share some additional information, such as a screenshot of your Diagnosis page, so that we can further assist you? We need more details to investigate what may be causing the issue.

In addition, please check whether the antennas on the rover are securely tightened and whether there is any visible damage to them, as this could potentially be one of the causes of the problem.

I found doing a core reboot through the app gets it going again.

This was my experience too.

I could get the blades to raise and lower but only a 10th on an inch at a time per second!
