My mower is stopping all the time complaining that the blades can’t reach the speed. Last year this did not happen. Any ideas?
I can’t inspect the lawn as it is 500 km away, but on the camera it does not show anything unusual, except some grass that is long. I pit it on target height to ensure that it not cuts the grass all in once.
Common issue right now with the pro. Get a ticket opened. Try a restart or moving it a few feet and hitting resume a few times. Sometimes it will continue.
I have tried restart, but no effect, switched on Target height in case the grass is too high. Today it stopped only twice on a 6 hour schedule. Recorded after the first stop, but don’t really understand the recording function. Mowing pattern is adjusted by 10 degrees, so that might have an impact as well. When it stops I move it forward just a bit using the app, yesterday it mowed just a short time before it stopped again. Today it contued as nothing happened. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
Issue record is something you toggle on, reproduce the issue, then toggle it off and let support know the time the incident occurred and that you recorded it. They then go download that log and it gives them more in depth information to help identify the root cause of the issue.
If you need me to follow up on this case, could you please share your support ticket number here? I’m unable to locate any ticket in our system using the email address provided.
I’m having a new issue I’ve never seen before. As I mentioned earlier, since the firmware upgrade I’ve been having problems docking. I’ve never had an issue until this update, but thats not the main issue.
Last night I let the mower run, and when I got up this morning it had 11% battery charge because of course if failed to dock. When I tried to do anything, it shut down immediately. The core flashed two red lights on the back, and that was it. I pulled it back onto the charging pad, but it still wouldn’t charge. I tried unplugging the battery, letting it sit for a bit, and plugging it back in, but nothing worked.
I’ve now disconnected the charging pad and hooked up the corded charger, and it’s been connected for about half an hour. The core still shows no lights indicating it’s charging.
Has anyone else seen anything like this, and do you have any ideas how to “resurrect” it? Calling Yarbo support goes to voicemail, so I’m hoping @bryan.wheeler or someone else on the forum has run into something similar and can suggest how to give this patient CPR.
Thank you for the information - never had the battery die on me like this before. I assume you get no indications its charging then? Is it leave it on the corded charger for hours then a miracle occurs and it boots up and you find it with a green light?
Since a few updates ago I get %75 dock. Indeed really frustrating when you are away or at night. Fortunately I am able to manually get it to charge though. A dock reset did help at one point when it would not manually charge. Also ensure GPS is good, one time mine was showing out of area. It seems if you stop plan you can get it to dock charge even if this is the case. My out of area was due to 1 broken antenna (now fixed).
You won’t see anything in app until you start the core back up. Once it charges for a few hours start it up and you should see the charge level. Send to the dock to recharge the rest of the way.
