Mine worked a couple of sessions then tonight froze. I restarted before it started the 3rd area and it came back online. This is the first time restarting not on the charger

Thank you for your feedback.
Ok finally had a period that it wasn’t crazy hot and had spare time. I rebooted and also tightened the antennas, they weren’t loose, but I could get another turn with 2 8mm wrenched. Not sure which made a difference but it is now making it through and recovery is quite fast while watching it.
I will note that I lost my front camera and it HAD to be rebooted to recover. It was without a front camera view, no disconnect message, for days. It’s a challenge to drive without front camera by the way…reboot certainly solved that one. Hopefully stability resumes as it WAS doing better.
Good to hear it.
Anyone else seeing their DeadEnds being run twice in a row?
For me, it was all but the last one, at the end of the task.
Sounds like sidewalk work twice is enabled. ![]()
Yes. I have seen that as well. @steve
I bet it is. ![]()
Well then on the good side? SOME settings ARE imported with a cloud restore, lol
…but even then there’s a bug, because the final DE, which is the last thing in the task, only executes once lol
Could you please submit a support ticket regarding this issue? Our team will further investigate on this issue.
Hi @Yarbo-Forum – cameras are “better”, as folks have said, but mine have turned “worse” than they were immediately after the fix. Usually my Rear camera “disconnects,” but I’ve had a blank Front camera. Left or Right may go blank (rare).
I just rebooted and will file a ticket when I see it happen again. Hopefully another data point will help with diagnosis.
Thanks for the update. Please feel free to submit a support ticket if the issue happens frequently, so our team can further investigate and assist you.
All but my front camera stay solid. Used to be random and would come in and out. I noticed now once the front camera goes out it’s out for good until a reboot. Remaining cams stay up. A reboot always fixes it and it stays solid until it’s gone…
After tightening I can normally get a recover and it is less often a loss. It still happens on my mow, really hoping they get the pro antennas sent to me. Ordered a month ago. I will note that now days it’s a full loss of gps, used to be it had some just not enough. Could be more foliage though, this is my first year mowing this area.
Follow up: The folks at Yarbo had a look at my machine and are sending me a new rear camera (the rear camera shows as disconnected after a few hours, and I’ve seen it with frozen, black, or distorted video, so apparently they determined that this is a hardware problem).
@jyoke My front camera was going black, but with the camera hotfix firmware (2 FW releases back) it’s become more stable. Hopefully your machine is getting the firmware updates.
I have seen my front cam drop a couple times recently as well (M1). Like yours, it’s down until a reboot. It’s been good for the last few weeks so I haven’t pursued it further.
Yes I have been and recently installed the newest with tow mode. I am usually getting them within a day of being posted on the forum. All of my posts concerning the cam has been since that firmware fix. Fact is all my cameras would drop before. Now it is just my front cam, the one I rely on the most. It now stays off until a reboot. So plus is most of my cams are now more stable, even the front. Just when the front goes it is permanently gone until a reboot.
Yeah, my front cam was blank and then went disconnected most of the day yesterday. A few times the front cam reconnected after a few minutes, video was there but frozen, then it’d disconnect again. It did mow OK, but I use Gentle Contact and limit what other vision I use (most pathways have it off).
I rebooted yesterday afternoon, and all cameras are back, and they’re all still OK this morning. So for me it’s inconsistent. I’ll replace the rear cam when I can, and we’ll see if overall things get more stable.
Still no firmware update on one of my cores. Not sure what they are waiting for
They’re waiting for you to send in a video showing your Yarbo with the older firmware installed.
