We hope you are doing well. To improve your overall Yarbo experience, we’re rolling out Hotfix Firmware V3.14.20.2. This update installs backend improvements only. The hotfix will be released in batches and is expected to be fully deployed within a week.
After updating, the firmware version shown in your app will continue to display as V3.14.20.
What’s included in this update?
General:
Updated Vision Model
Reduced False Power Board Error Reports
How to update:
Please make sure your Yarbo is powered on and connected to the internet. The new firmware will be installed automatically once it becomes available for your device.
If you have not received the firmware update after a week, please feel free to contact us at support@yarbo.com.
I’ve checked your support ticket, and we’re currently waiting for your response before we can proceed with the next step. Please update the ticket when you have a chance.
That’s just a standard reminder that the machine needs a stable connection to the internet and it should auto download. Today was the last day for the 3.14.20 firmware rollout. If you don’t have it by tomorrow, I would reply to that ticket and let them know that you didn’t receive it.
I understood that, but based on what yarbo is saying, it seems they are waiting for a response to my ticket as if I had received another email after that one, but that’s not the case.
Yeah, the same version number that we can’t see isn’t helpful. But I got the 3.14.20.2 update today. It prompted me to install it. I was already on 3.14.20 and afterwards it still said 3.14.20. That’s how you’ll know you got it.
Not sure how you got an extra decimal point? One of my rovers got a second update, but I do not have any with 3.14.20., so did the firmware install or?
I just updated to 3.14.20.2 and all I see is 3.14.20 no trailing period. Also, now everytime I launch the app I get a failed to charge error, again. Rebooted three times. I keep my unit plugged in and am not using the dock. This was supposed to be fixed in the last update. WTF
