Got error waiting for blades to reach speed

Got the error when I looked to see if mower needed charging, it was just sitting waiting for blades to reach speed. I ran out there, could hear blade. Lifted mower to look and only one blade was spinning. Paused plan manually started mower, both blades spin. Set mower down restart plan and get the same blade speed waiting error. Manual, both run, checked it again. Mower then needed charging so I sent it to charge.

Nothing is touching blades, not sure what to think. Never saw this before right now.

Which disk wasn’t spinning?

Pro mower left blade if viewing as a normal vehicle. Right blade using yarbo pro mower logic.

After recharge, no issues for the past 30 minutes it has continued to mow.

Did you connect your trimmer and duct tape and zip tie it on?

Nah, figured I can wait a day till the mount comes. But I really want to play with the new toy.

Hi there, glad to see your Yarbo is running normally again now. If you encounter the same error again in the future, especially if it happens repeatedly under normal conditions, please feel free to contact our support team for further investigation and assistance.

Mine has exactly this same issue. Exactly. It works fine for a while and then the motor stops working. I have a ticket open, hoping for a resolution.

Hope it is not a reacquiring issue, as I have too much fast growing grass to have down time.

Hope they figure your issues out.

Well they told me its an issue in the M25 connector and they are sending springs to put into the connector.

Here is an interesting observation - once the battery is below 70% - this issue disappears - when above 70% it happens at random.

I stand corrected → the issue happened at 61% this weekend.

I’m having the exact issue now, it started after the software update and me washing the exterior of Yarbo/Mower. I’m not sure if it was the update or the wash. But it had been working flawlessly up to that point.

Probably the update. Submit a ticket and they will check it out.

Please submit a support ticket with detailed information about the issue, and our support team will help further investigate it for you.

They will give you springs that take over a week to show up that do absolutely nothing to solve the problem. What a joke.

I’m really sorry to hear that the replacement springs did not help resolve the issue. I’ve already contacted the Field Service Engineer responsible for your case and asked them to review it again and work toward a final solution for you.

We truly appreciate your patience while we continue working to get this properly resolved.

Just started having this issue today also. Mowed fine last night, then tried again this morning and the left blade stops after a short time. Tried restarting, plugging and unplugging module. Submitted a ticket today.

Even driving around manually with the blades on, the left blade will stop spinning shortly after starting.

Thanks for the update. This issue will need further investigation from our support team to better understand what’s causing the left blade to stop unexpectedly.

We’ll follow up with you through your support ticket soon regarding the next troubleshooting or support steps.

I have had this issue since getting the machine. It makes the machine unusable and support has done nothing to address the issue.

When will you follow up? Only when someone comes to the forum to complain?

I have been waiting many days for a response. When I do get one, it’s some milk toast bs.
