That depends on wind and how much drift you get in that area. It could actually become a bigger problem if the snow accumulates inside it.

That’s fair. Good point. You’d have a hard time getting the snow removed through a roofline or walls though. I think right now the throwing options are just left, right, front for the dock.

Anyone changing the docking station location for winter? Right now, mine is housed in the wide open space to the West of the house. It’ll be interesting to see how much trouble the snow blower has getting around to the south where the driveway is.

I wasn’t originally planning to move my dock, but based on what I’ve seen and learned this summer, it might be wise for me to move it or buy a 2nd ‘winter dock’.

The easiest way is to add another dock. This disables the first dock. You don’t lose any work plans or schedules or pathways to the original dock. You can enable and disable them as you see fit.
