Robot Won't Pair to App

Just received my Yarbo and snowblower attachment. Unboxed everything, connected data center and assembled the rover according to the instructions in the box. Opened the Yarbo app and it doesn’t see the robot. Checked bluetooth/wifi menu on my phone and I don’t see any connection for Yarbo.

The Yarbo sometimes flashes red-green-blue when powered on, other times I have a solid red light. I’ve tried holding the button on the back for 3-5 seconds, and the blue light flashes quickly and then disappears.

I reached out to support - ticket # 155163 and they had me upload a video of the behavior and troubleshooting steps. That was 3 days ago and they stopped responding to me. Is that typical for Yarbo support? Does anyone have any other ideas?

Do you have more than one router in your home?
