Could you please share your current app version? Have you updated to the latest app version, 3.18.6?
We haven’t made any UI changes related to this feature in the latest update.
By “adding a zone,” do you mean creating a new working area? If so, the process should be the same as before. Simply tap the Create button to add a new area.
If you’re unable to find the option, could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? We’d be happy to take a closer look.
I have resolved the issue. I was initially misled because the app’s localized terminology is not entirely intuitive, and the icons used for ‘Geofence’ and ‘Area’ are indistinguishable from each other.
