Mine broke on it’s 1st attempt clearing 1” of snow. Not only the belt broke, but also the plastic gears leaving the module useless. I have a ticket in and waiting to hear decision as well. I do have have pictures, but not of the wife.

Gears should be aluminum and something catastrophic happened if those broke
