Unfortunately, my Yarbo broke during a snowstorm in in the Boston area in early February. The Yarbo help suggested I open up the snowblower, module and send documentation of that to them to help diagnose the issue.
What became clear pretty quickly was that the gear attached to the auger motor had broken off completely and the belt was fine.
The service desk was super apologetic but told me they would try and expedite the replacement parts I needed. Unfortunately I still had to clear my driveway of 2.5 feet of snow so the timeliness was key. Yarbo really let me down here as we are now in mid march and I’m still waiting for the auger motor coming from china.
The funny thing is after clearing my driveway by hand for the last few weeks all our snow is melting! I’m semi interested to see if the replacement parts will arrive before it’s all gone but regardless am thinking of hawking this piece of junk on eBay soon!
