Thanks I hope so too. @Yarbo-Forum support ticket has been reopened. I can manage it from there.
Thank you for the update. At the moment, we’re sorry that we do not have specific torque specification data available for those screws.
Update: Part replacement adviced. As my first analysis, IR filter is stuck is my final RCA, part to be shipped and broken part to be shipped back analyzed. I am happy this was resolved quickly, amazingly, part is a whole modular left yellow case where the left rtk antennae is attached.
As a Hardware & Software Specialist, the modularity was the main feature that finally drew me in and bite the bullet. Granted, I have yet to test my first snow storm with it, but the commitment to stand on their product makes it all worth it.
Thank you @Yarbo-Forum
That was a pretty quick turnaround time for resolution. Good job Yarbo!
Hope this is the only bump in the road for you. Last us know what happens, and good luck!!
Update: Left Cam Module being delivered. ETA 02/23/26. I will post pics of removal, installation for my own tracking. Video sent is pretty much straight forward. No torque specs though. I do own torque screw driver. @Yarbo-Forum any info on this? I am quite hesistant with oem installed screws especially being an outdoor rated equipment.
Thank you for the update. At the moment, we’re sorry that we do not have specific torque specification data available for those screws.
Unfortunately the Tracking that was given to me was not on my name nor my address. Support said they had the wrong information!?? I dont know what to say, but to wait for the reshipping…update soon..deep breathing…
Sorry to hear it. ![]()
Hopefully this will be rectified shortly for you.
Recieved today 3/6/26. Came with an RTK antenna assembly as well. Will do the replacement tomorrow with pics.
I hope the process was simple and solved your problem.
Looking forward to hearing the details.
Will do the reinstall today, my Hydraulic platform arrived yesterday. Yarbina being way above her BMI : ) is hard for me to do the maintenace and troubleshooting with my 50 yrd old back
Fixed. It was pretty straightforward. The most difficult part was removing the two wiring harness. This was due to the slack that my Yarbo had compared to the video instructions. There were no visible issues with the female harness and the pins on the hardware camera. This lead me to believe my initial anaylysis was the IR filter of the camera.
Last Pic is the after installation test before I bolted it back. Left camera no more Pink hue. @Yarbo-Forum thank you for the assist. @ben.karrow and @rgloverii thank for your comments. It took Yarbo awhile but they stood by their product. Now I am a happy customer. ![]()
I’m sorry it took so long to get your Yarbo back up and running, but I’m glad you’re over the finish line now.
Hopefully this is the last significant challenge, and it’ll be smooth sailing from here!
Issues with RTK signal after redeployment. My data center is green. It has a status of 4. Yarbo in the other hand has a brown status, it was always green before I placed it inside the house for the camera replacement. I have restarted the data center, restarted Yarbo mutiple times and there is significant map drifting issues. Advise?
My Yarbo is currently sitting on its charging dock. Notice the huge mismatch.
It looks like a problem with one of your RTK antennas. Make sure the cable is tight, the antenna is tight. If nothing improves, swap left to right and right to left and see if you get L2 to go from zero. I’d also make sure the cable didn’t get pinched during the fix.
L2 is what? It currently at zero should it be a higher number,?
Let me check the RTK attenae especially the left one. Is there a way to know which antennae it is on the Diagnostics? Is that L2 the signal that I should be looking at?
Strange. When I am about to bring her in disassemble her the RTK came in all Green. Hmmm…does weather affect the RTK? My data center was all 4 status since last night. But brown since this am. @bryan.wheeler what do you think? Still bring her in to check attenae? Disregard the mantra dont fix it if its not broken? LOL
L2 should definitely not be zero. You want at least 10 or more. The number in the diagnostics is from the right antenna, but the primary antenna is the left. This is left/right as you face the rear of the core. The total number of satellites is from the left antenna. This is why swapping them can show which antenna might be the problem. It also has a added bonus of fixing a loose antenna.
Weather can definitely be an impact on signal, but shouldn’t put your L2 at zero. The fact that it changed when you moved it makes me think something might be loose. I’d keep an eye on it if you don’t want to mess with it. If it happens again, I’d suggest checking and making sure the antenna and cables are tight. If everything is tight and good, no pinched cables or anything then it could be an RTK antenna going bad. It never hurts to have some spares on hand, so I’d recommend getting a couple anyways. If you do determine an RTK antenna is bad, support will send you a new one. Assuming they reach the same conclusion.
So to be clear left ant no. of satellites, right ant L2 signal. left/right facing the rear. Hmmmm…issue is I did not mess with that side…ok.
mannnn…now I wish I just left it alone and just be contended with the pink hue of the left side. She almost had a catastrophic even today as she went on my stone bank due to the map drift…there is definetly something wrong because her signal goes in and out and changes from brown to green
