M1 module won’t clear “blade blocked” error

I have inspected the discs, hard reset the unit and detached/reattached the module. The blades and motors spin freely both manually and through the controller app.

When I send it out to resume its job it goes to the starting point and then just returns to base without sending any alert.

how do I convince the machine that it’s actually ok to use the motors again?

What is the cutting height for the area that it throws this error? Perhaps the grass is too thick or the cutting height is too low and causing the error. Have you used the app controller to clear the error a few times as well?

@bryan.wheeler thanks for getting back to me so quickly with suggestions.

I have tried clearing the error from the controller by repeatedly the button but it never seemed to do anything at all. I hadn’t considered the cutting height, it mowed about half of the area but returned to base as it truly did have a blocked disk. Everything I described in my first post is what happened after clearing the debris from both disks.

I will try adjusting the cutting height to see if that helps.

How do I submit a support ticket?

In the app you can click on your profile and support center. You can go to support.yarbo.com and click on My Area or you can email support@yarbo.com

All of these methods opens a ticket. You can check the status in the app or on the website.

Thank you again!
