Management Review Requested: Third Core and Defective Replacement — Tickets #221749 and #228587

Hi there, I’m sorry for the frustrating and disjointed communication you’ve experienced with our support team.

I’ve reviewed your support ticket and can see that some of the information and troubleshooting steps you had already provided were unfortunately missed. We sincerely apologize for asking you to repeat steps you had already completed.

I’ve now asked the responsible FSE to go through the full communication history again and review all three issues together, including the GPS, Wi-Fi, and map download problems, so we can provide more efficient and coordinated assistance as soon as possible.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and thank you for your patience while we get the case back on track.

Out of curiosity, has there been any progress on getting your Yarbo back up and running?

I sincerely hope your issue was resolved and that your Yarbo is currently out working in your yard as we speak.

You actually need to click “Replace Data Center” when in the refurbed core to re-establish a HALO connection.

I just did this yesterday with my refurbed unit, as per instructions here…

Data Center (DC) Setup

Situation 1: Using the Old DC Without Changing the Installation Location

If you are keeping your current Data Center (DC) and its physical location remains unchanged.

  • For a New / Replacement Yarbo Core:
    1. Download Map: First, download your map from the cloud to your new Core.
    2. Pair DC: In the Yarbo App, use the Replace Data Center feature to pair the new Core with your current DC.
  • For the Old Yarbo Core:
    • No action is required.

Replace works, but Reinstall is better IMO.
