My Yarbo bundle arrives today without the charging pad. I ordered the Black Friday deal with blower and mower. Why did I not receive the charging pad?
It ships in its own box. You will get one. There are quite a few boxes in the core setup. Core, Docking station, battery, and Accessories box. Then any modules that you also ordered. Touch base with support and they can get you tracking information for it. In the interim, you can charge it with the wired charger that is in the accessories box.
The docking station ships separately from the Yarbo Core and modules, so no worries there.
I tried to look up your order but couldn’t find it using your email address. I’d be happy to check the shipping status of your docking station—could you please DM me the email address you used when placing the order?
Once it ships you should see the tracking number at the bottom of your order on the Yarbo website.
