Opened a ticket more then 15 days ago (#101365) and only got the “we’re working on a solution” response with no contact since then. The mower disk height is stuck fully down with the app showing at highest position. If i set at any height it will spin for 30 seconds and go back to max height with no errors. I already feel like most errors don’t get reported so I never saw anything before this problem. I’ve tried resetting, removing the battery, removing the mower and cleaning but nothing has helped and so far just crickets from yarbo. My grass is out of control now.
This might be a firmware fix. Hopefully @Yarbo-Forum or @Marco can check on the ticket for you.
When mine got into that situation the cutting motors extended farther than normal. It’s like it went to end stop and couldn’t return.
Ended up with a mower replacement.

There are some hoops to jump through that worked on getting the blades to retract and mow some more.
The issue ALWAYS returned and in the end none of the hoops worked anymore.
I will look into that thread, thank you. Just frustrated watching the grass grow and cant do anything about it.
