Mowing 6” Away From No-Go Zones

I thought this was fixed last year. But here I am with 6” uncut areas. This area was mapped clockwise driving ON the mulch

Possibly some slight map drift? I think safety buffers are bugged until the firmware updates TBH.

I have never had any map drift. This is the entire perimeter of the bed, not an isolated spot. And multiple NGZ, new and existing.

Well hopefully it’s just the mismatch of firmware/app causing the safety buffer not to be respected and the update will fix that for you.

Obviously you have no fault in any of this, but it’s getting ridiculous.

It is frustrating for sure.

You can fix this if you buy an amazing Yarbo trimmer attachment…..

don’t do it it will never come. you still have to trim for the next 2 years. i speak from experience.

Hi there, we have indeed removed the default safety buffer, and Yarbo should follow exactly along the boundary you set if the safety buffer is set to 0 inch. This may require further investigation from our team to confirm the root cause.

This is different NGZ from yesterday. It’s actually a 12” from where it should be. Is anyone else seeing this? I have even deleted and recreated a couple NGZs and nothing changes.

Great idea… Oh but wait, you can’t order one. It’s not available in the store

Also, This doesn’t happen on boundaries. They have the correct setback, 0.

You do have NGZ edges enabled for cutting? I know it still leaves a buffer a bit though.

Yep set just like your pic. I posted my screenshot earlier. I could live with a couple inches, but a foot isn’t acceptable… And it didn’t do this last year.

Agreed. Should respect user settings.

I’ll wait for the firmware to see if there’s a conflict.
