Yarbo was fine for several weeks mowing a 2 or 3 times a week and returning to the docking station without issue. Until yesterday when it completed its jobs and returned to the docking station but now it does not charge. I went out today and it’s aligned properly. I drove it off and manually realigned but it won’t charge. I also reinstalled the docking station, unplugged the docking station, plugged it back in, rebooted the Yarbo etc. but nothing is getting it to charge.
I saw another topic with some users having the same issue but other than wait 2-3 hours, there was no solution. My battery temp is 29C so it’s not overheated.
submit a ticket. Use the wired charger to keep it topped off in the interim. Support will want you to put it on the docking station properly oriented and not charging so they can run tests. So you may have to work with them to schedule a call or leave the charger disconnected for a while until they get to it.
Thanks for sharing the details. Based on the information you provided, it doesn’t appear to be a battery overheating issue. There’s a possibility it could be a hardware-related malfunction.
I’ve seen that you’ve already submitted a support ticket, and our support team will look into it further to identify the root cause.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on this!
After the main page comes up from your Yarbo app and you click on the mower to bring you to the main menu. If you will TAP on the thing that sort of looks like maybe a thermometer that tells you what percent the battery is at. Once you TAP it should turn green and announce that the Yarbo is ready for charging. It will make a few noises and begin charging. There is a light on the docking station that will turn from blue to flashing green when it begins charging.
I’m not sure if this is the way to do it but it always works for me.
