Our Yarbo is mothballed due to the many issues that we and many other owners are facing.
Yesterday my wife was doing some yard work and found the data centre’s Halow antenna on the ground. It looks like it just fell off. On inspecting it, all the stress is on the connector and the metal shield around it cracked.
So one more issue and one more reason why Yarbo not functional here.

I had a suspicion something like this might happen. When I installed my HaLow, I deliberately installed the antenna pointing down to alleviate undue stress on the connector.
I’m going to guess a bird attempted to land on this and snapped it off. They have an extender kit that changes the mount clip out for a more sturdy plastic arm. Perhaps they can send that to you.

I’ve reached out to the technical expert handling your support ticket and asked them to contact you at your available time as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Even though my spouse sent pictures and specifically reported that the HaLow antenna was the one that broke, support insisted it was the Bluetooth antenna that needed to be replaced.
By the time we got that straightened out the Bluetooth antenna had already been shipped. (not arrived so far btw)
We are told the HaLow antenna is now coming. This has caused at least another additional 7 days of Yarbo being unusable.
