Plow return

Anybody found a work around to stop the plow from pushing snow back to the dock? It leaves a pile then zero turns and can’t climb through the pile up the dock ramp.

Ex:
Friction tape on dock?
A way to stop Jack from pushing snow towards dock at end of task?
Ideas?

Do you have the dock set for cleaning passes? I wouldn’t recommend adding anything to the dock as it could affect its ability to dock. Also if there is any type of metal in the friction tape it could heat up going across the charging coil.

Good points.

No auger is turned off
Set in plow mode
Cleaning is set to 0

Depending on your dock setup, cleaning may help it to push that snow off the back of the dock, but eventually could cause a pile there that could need some manual attention. I’d be careful if you do decide to turn it on and make sure it doesn’t catch on the dock or scrape too much. It should be ok, but you never know. Watch it for a couple of runs. If you already have a good ice layer or snow pack layer there in front of the dock, probably won’t matter.

Ya it’s warmed up so the snow pack is gone. Can’t push over. It’s up against the wall. Everything is a temp install for this season because of my late set up for winter. Not a big deal. Just thought there might be and easy solution.

Thanks
Lane

None that comes to mind here. Maybe someone else will have something creative.

All good. All different in about 6 months. LOL
