Hi all,
My plow just arrived and I have a few questions I cannot find in the manual (or I don’t look well).
-
Does it take the settings from the auger and cleans the charging pad? I don’t think scraping of the charging pad with the blade is good. Do I need to change the setting?

My Yarbo is parked underneath a carport. When the Yarbo goes to work or back to charge, it tries to clean the concrete underneath the carport. Since there is no snow, can I turn this off? I don’t want my concrete to get scratched. It is a pathway I created to get into the working area.

What are good heights to set the plow blade? Can I put it to 0 on the second pass? My driveway is very flat. But will it stay to 0 when returning to the base station? See point 2
It would be great to have a setting that when Yarbo returns to charge, to turn of the auger or snow blade scraping.
Thanks
It should respect auger settings for the area and for the pathway settings. I’d just set the pathway settings higher slightly. You can turn off dock cleaning if you want, but I think it would be ok. The snow blower and the plow both have scraper bars. I don’t think it’s any different.
I would set it at zero on the first and second passes. The plow has a tendency to build up snow underneath between the module and it making a wedge. Pushing snow underneath it would exacerbate the issue IMHO.

Thanks Bryan,
But is there a way that the plow does not work going from the charger to the working area (gets raised)? See image. The red circle is underneath my carport and for the moment Yarbo is scraping the concrete when the height is set to 0. With the auger turning it is not a real issue, but the blade scratches the concrete. If I raise it, it is also raised in the working area. Or am i missing something?
It would have to be set for the entire pathway, unfortunately. It doesn’t let you set different for only part of the pathway. Once it leaves the pathway, it should take the area settings.
