May I please have this storm? You can keep the multi-foot storms but my Yarbo really needs to play.
You know you’re an obsessed nerd when you send Yarbo to clear the driveway after ~1 inch of snow.
Guess I fit that description pretty well. I have a problem. lol
Come on now, that’s the recommendation. run it early and often. ![]()
Just wish the automated routines worked
then it could probably run more often
Totally agree. Would be nice if the automated scheduling could be relied upon.
This is what I keep saying watching from the cameras![]()

The trick is to send it out with the SAM and a 500lb roller, lol
My Yarbo wandered out towards the driveway like he was going to blow the non-existent snow. The gate was closed so he sat there until his battery died. I wasn’t anticipating him blowing non-existent snow. Guess that’s something to watch for going forward.
Like it set an auto schedule and went to do a work plan? If you don’t have that enabled, I’d submit a ticket. It shouldn’t ever do that unless auto schedule is enabled. And, we know that the weather data isn’t reliable for some areas.
Wow. That’s a new problem. Were there any notifications on your phone or in the app that suggested why Yarbo departed? And what about like a ‘low battery’ type warning notification. I’m assuming you received none.
A robust set of notifications are so obviously needed, and 100% expected with any modern robotic device. And it’s not like anyone would need to invent a wheel to accomplish it. Every app based product has reliable notifications. Why not Yarbo?
Yeah notifications in general on Android have seemed intermittent…both my wife and I have been complaining lately if the other saw our messages, we’ll open our phones and like 8-10 will pop up…going in and allowing background usage under the battery/energy savings menu seemed to help a little…wonder if Android is updating things with the notification categories and such…the schlage app just updated with a bunch of notification features
Back to the thread though today’s runs were very satisfying! Only needed help twice but it was less than a minute overall while we were watching movies with the kids, in our PJs sipping coffee![]()

Soooo much snow!
Correction: TOOOO much snow!
Yeah, but I would gladly take a couple of storms off his hands.
just a couple!
These banks are so high.
Nah, 30F is about as cold as I want. You can keep that. ![]()
