Replacement S1 New Sound

Not that I am aware of, but support should be able to share that if they ship you the part (and one exists).

I have a case of the “bad touch” going on. Good heavens.

Sorry, hope that “touch” gets resolved soon.

Wow. Really sorry to hear of this new complication. Talk about bad luck!

About how far outside the designated work area was Yarbo when it ingested the foreign object?

Sure looks like Yarbo was trying to back away from you, then turned around and started running off!

Did you scare or threaten it??

Yarbo, if you feel like you’re in danger, blink your lights twice…

It’s about a full yarbo width off at its longest point. You can kinda see at the right side of the S1 front bumper is the left side of my mapped sidewalk. Autonomously I only do 1 width sidewalk.

Looks like it probably caught a rough edge and track slipped into that spot.

Yep. That’s what I was thinking. Same problem as the perimeters on the driveway when Yarbo gets caught and ends up pivoted 90°.

I’m just bummed because I haven’t had a chance to run it much and have been super cautious with mapping. The green is all still concrete.

The thing is an absolute monster (in a good way) in the open.

*insert Darth Vader nooooo gif here*
Bummer, it looks like the impeller is through bolted onto the drive shaft, I’m surprised they didn’t put shear pins there. The PTO shear pin busted last time I had the tractor out on a job, rock caught between the impeller and the housing just “perfectly” I’ve shot out bigger rocks than the one that broke it but when things pinch just right:sweat_smile:.

Also do you have a no-go zone there? Not sure it would help but maybe in the future they can be more sensitive on stuff near no-go zones.

I don’t. I will now I guess.

I think it was just working through its “I’m not moving forward” algorithm and lost track of its heading. Because after it spiraled around the ice chunk it made a power move forward.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the replacement S1. I’ve checked your support ticket (#150334) in our system, and it has now been escalated to our R&D team for further investigation, as it requires a deeper technical review.

We kindly appreciate your patience while the team looks into this and works toward a clear conclusion. Please rest assured that we’ll follow up as soon as we have an update. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you @Yarbo-Forum
