Yarbo has very little clearance. I operate my mower unit in loamy loose soil areas that sometimes have limited vegetation and on hills. It gets stuck A LOT! High centered between the tracks then the tracks dig in. I have to run out and lift the unit out of the dug-in situation.
I am sure this will also be a problem in the snow blower mode.
It would be nice to have a recovery mechanism that could get it unstuck. A couple of options include:
A belly track/belt that could be engaged to help recovery
A lever that could deploy and push the unit along.
Ability to increase the overall clearance by lowering the track system. (Like air suspension)
Taller tracks that could give more clearance. (this could be the easiest retrofit)
I agree 100%, Yarbo needs to have a lot more clearance. The low clearance is causing many units’s charging system get damaged due to something is hitting from bottom
I understand Yarbo came up with low clearing due to wireless charging but instead of lowering Core, Yarbo can easily increase center height of the docking station or make it like auto raise when core is detected for charging. I really think Yarbo needs to invest more in docking station to have some kinda beacon for position and direction.
Thank you for this information. My charging system stopped working and although the unit will be replaced, I did not receive information on the intended cause. Without this information, the replacement unit would just receive the same work and it would break down too.
