I ordered track grease, and paid for it on August 6th. Today is August 16th, and My order has not even shipped yet. Is the Yarbo Company trying to do too much, and not able to complete the most simple of tasks? Or is the company just getting complacent with get the money and move on? Where is my grease?
Gotta say that track grease should be one of those things you can buy from a brick and mortar store. Not sure why they bother with their own branding and not just recommend a grease.
No need to purchase from them. This is what everyone (for the most part) is using including me and it works great. Super Lube 400 g 14.1 oz. Cartridge Synthetic Grease with Syncolon PTFE 41150 - The Home Depot and if you need a gun, Workforce Heavy-Duty Pistol Grip Grease Gun with 12 in. Flex Extension L1325 - The Home Depot (I got one just to have the synthetic grease dedicated for it). You are in and out for under the cost of their product and it will last you a long time then under $20 when you need more grease. I’d cancel the order and get from Home Depot online and it will be in your hands the next day or pretty close to that.
Superlube all the way! Cheaper and works very well. You can get it in almost any store or Amazon next day.
Some tips: add some on the front wheels! Did it once and never got stuck since then.
And if you break your antennas (I broke 5 in the last month) those are great and get shipped much much faster than Yarbo’s. In fact I think they are the same. They must buy them in bulk from China.

This is a really scary thing to say ![]()
I’m glad to hear you’re taking such good care of your Yarbo and I understand how frustrating it must be to wait for your order.
Rest assured that you are not alone in your experience and you may receive your order at some point.
As others pointed out already, it may be a good solution to order from another shop. This is the most reasonable statement as you should not assume consumables will arrive from the seller that sold you your incredible yard robot.
I did the same:
- place order
- a few weeks later (I think) I receive part of the shipment, no info on what’s not in the order
- sent a support request asking about the missing piece
- Yarbo doesn’t know part of the order is shipped
- let them know which parts were received already
- 2 days later I receive a generic email with how long it takes for orders to arrive
- 1 day later I receive a generic email telling me it has been a pleasure to assist me (notice: nothing is solved)
- 5 days that support ticket is closed (I suppose this meant they’d ship it)
- 3 weeks later I ask them if they will ship the rest of my order at some point
- 2 days later I receive a sincere looking email from the same template bullet points we’ve all received:
- thank you for bringing this matter to our attention
- understand how frustrating this must be
- rest assured that we are committed to
- sincerest apologies for the inconvenience
- escalated this issue to our … team … priority
- A few days or weeks later the part arrived
The support team is super friendly in filling in the template conversations!
My suggestion, rather than accepting that Yarbo should not be required to fulfill basic principles on buying and selling goods, is to create a support ticket. Maybe wait for the ticket to expire, send it again. It may take a month or longer depending on what’s available.
From where would I purchase a replacement RTK antenna for the data center? I am completely new to this stuff, so I don’t know how to ensure I am getting the correct piece.
Aliexpress:
GNSS helix antennas HA-201 seem to be the exact ones Yarbo ships but this is not why I ordered. I ordered the ones above. Be VERY careful, some look identical but are not active or are not L2 compatible. They need to be Dual-band L1/L2 , Gain around 32 dB (the ones in the link are 35 dB but it is fine.
Again, be very careful that you pick the correct specs since they all look very similar. Be sure you can return them if they don’t work.
Anyone remember the name of the dealer that has good service? I can’t seem to put my hands on his contact info at the moment. It was reported he had good shipping times.

I also have RTK antennas in stock that can be sent out the day they are ordered or even overnighted if someone needs them immediately. Visit Outdoor-Automation.com for the phone number.
That’s it.
Hello,
I apologize for the delayed response. I’ve checked with our logistics team regarding your order. The delay in the track grease delivery is due to it being out of stock in the local warehouse. The new batch will be arriving tomorrow, and I have already contacted the team to ensure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your understanding.
