Had to log a ticket too as my antenna is decidedly not flexible. I have a separate order (because I didn’t know that it was only a single antenna) coming which now I’m not sure will be flexible or not

Yeah, I did the same thing. I, too, ordered 1 thinking it was a pair. I mean, of course, by all means you wouldn’t get 2 antennas for 26 bucks from the Yarbo Store! So, I ordered a second one. Both recently arrived. And both were not the flexible ones I ordered. I received an email today from the Yarbo Support Team asking me to send an unboxing video of my recent antenna purchase(s). So in my video I demonstrated a hard plastic antenna by banging it against my kitchen table.

2nd one came today, not flexible 
. I was wondering if these would get mixed up, I even specifically waited until the website changed hoping it would ensure everything was squared away. It’s no big deal for me, I think all of my snow blowing will be safe with the rigid antennas, was more interested in them for summer time and to not have to swap antennas every year

Wonder how you can send an unboxing video when you have to open the box to see that it’s not the flex antenna before you alert them it wasn’t a flex antenna.

Yes, I thought the same thing!
I think it’s more they want to see pictures of the packaging and the item to validate everything (and learn from it). They have a policy to verify with pictures.
