Suggestions to Yarbo for Early Adopters to Upgrade to the Mower Pro Module

Yeah could be. I’m sure you’ve probably already validated this but sometimes that error can be from debris wrapped up on the spindle. I’d definitely snap some photos of what you are seeing and include them in the ticket.

@pyxis39 Hi there, could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? What you’re describing isn’t normal, and we’d like to look into it more closely.

Regarding the upgraded M1 discs, we have already integrated them into our production line, and all new Yarbo lawn mowers are using the updated version. For the accessories page, I’m still confirming with our team whether those listed are also the upgraded ones. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have the information.

Thanks for your patience!

Could you please explain the differences to please? That way I can decide if I want to replace my existing spares.

@ken.w.gregory We’ve upgraded the material to make the cutting discs more durable, so they’re much less likely to break when encountering hard objects. I hope this helps you decide whether replacing your current spares is worthwhile!

Hello, is this cutting disc upgrade the program where you needed some testers for, then suddenly cancelled the program a few days before the items were to ship? Just trying to figure out, otherwise I’ll quit waiting and hoping for that disc upgrade test program to start.

Any chance of getting that spec in ugga-duggas?

I’m not sure of that conversion rate….

GROK’s take on the conversion rate:

”“Me normally crank 'em till me fangy teef go pop-pop den half ugga-dugga extra, bro.”

(For the uninitiated: one ugga-dugga = one grunt-powered jerk on the impact wrench, roughly ¼–½ turn depending on how caveman you feel that day)”

@balmerjd does that get close enough?

Yes, it is. After we canceled the testing program on the forum, we made further improvements and completed internal testing. The version that is available for purchase now is the final, upgraded version of the cutting discs.

I only got the M1 as I was getting everything together. I currently don’t even have a yard until the grade work gets completed and grass this spring. Had I know the Pro was even going to exist I would have waited. Now I have an M1 and will not have funds for a Pro so I am stuck with all the rest. I also find the lack of an upgrade option for early and recent M1 purchasers a bit insulting and believe the correct “in good faith” move would have been to approach this upgrade differently for existing owners.
