That Yarbo moment when your replacement shows up

Yarbo really outdid themselves! My replacement Yarbo arrived looking like it just finished a a job. Grass clippings, dirt, and who-knows-what plastered all over it; straight from the previous owner’s yard to mine! Did anyone even glance at this thing before boxing it up? Who’s sending out a machine like this? Bravo, Yarbo, for redefining “quality control” and turning me from Yarbo fan boy to hater.

Anyone else get a “gently used” gem like this?

Let’s hope this was a one-off error. I haven’t seen any other reports of this.

This too me looks like somebody put the wrong pallet or box in the wrong spot at the refurbishment center. Hopefully they correct whatever oversight led to that error and it’s all good. The fact they are shipping a brand new core overnight shows their commitment to making it right. I hope the op understands that it might take a day or two for logistics to get it shipped out.

As we mentioned in the support ticket—and to clarify the root cause for everyone following this issue—the unit you received was neither a new nor an officially refurbished machine from our facility. It was mistakenly shipped from one of our third-party warehouses, where a returned unit had been incorrectly placed in the outbound inventory.

This error should never have occurred, and we take full responsibility. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and are actively addressing the matter with our warehouse partner to enforce stricter controls and ensure this does not happen again.

Also satisfied. Could things be better? Of course. Do I think they WILL get better over time? Absolutely.

Yes. And satisfied doesn’t mean I’ll (we’ll?) not overwhelm their forum with requests, bug reports or improvement suggestions (with even code snippets hahah!) :innocent:
