Why is my battery only charging to 80%?
It is probably a bug as discussed in another thread. Unplug the battery for 4 hours and the BMS will reset. If that doesn’t work, open a ticket.

I just went through it myself earlier today. Battery seems to be back to normal after the four hour ‘reset’.
I had a similar situation but I unplugged it for over 4 hours, it reset itself and went to normal.
